why I built this

The plan was good. Getting to it was a chore.

Five nights a week, I opened a chat and asked what tomorrow's run was.

then the nightly routine
  1. openGarmin Connect, start a new workout.
  2. rebuildit by hand: warm-up, reps, paces, recoveries, cool-down.
  3. syncthe watch and hope it took.

The plan itself was good. It was research-backed and built around me: my race, my mileage, how my legs were actually doing that week. I trusted it. Getting to it every night was the chore.

So Artie flips it. Instead of me going to the plan, the coaching comes to me. The night before, tomorrow's run shows up with a line about why it's there, and it's already on my watch. If something's off, I tell Artie and the plan bends.

I'm building it for runners like me, who care about training properly and would rather spend the evening resting than rebuilding a workout in an app. If that's you, I'd love to have you on the waitlist. Tell me what you're training for, and that's what I'll build first.
